ISOPE veranstaltet mehrere Konferenzen, von denen die jährlich stattfindende ISOPE die weltweit größte Konferenz zum Thema Offshore und Arctic Engineering ausrichtet.

Stefan Herion ist Mitglied im Technischen Programm Committee (TPC) seit 1994 und war von 2013 bis 2016 Mitglied im Board of Directors.
